Hallo Dieter!
Ich habe zwar keinerlei Belege dafür aber ich halte es für fast unmöglich, dass der in Genf in der Schweiz geborene klassische Komponist und Pianist, der seit dem Jahre 1946 in den Niederlanden lebte und dort auch verstarb, in irgend einem Zusammenhang mit dem Orchesterleiter und Sänger (!) aus den USA stehen könnte.
